I spent the last three days in the beautiful city of Chicago, a place full of history that's chronicled in its architecture, museums, ball fields. The topic, a symposium on covering the economy funded by the McCormick Foundation and hosted by Suburban Newspapers of America. History and the economy are much alike, they constantly recycle themselves.
